Chains of Apostasy

You can use an action to place these chains on an incapacitated creature of small or medium size. In addition to serving as mundane manacles, the chains prevent a creature bound by them from casting spells that were acquired through divinity and have a casting time of 6 seconds or less.

Once per day, the bound creature can make a DC 30 Strength (Athletics) check. On a success, the creature breaks free and destroys the chains.
