Masked within the forests of Cormanthor, the ruins of Elun'dae lie in wait approximately 60 km southwest of Myth Drannor. This remnant of the Cormanthyr empire was once a place of solitude and rest, dedicated to the elven goddess Sehanine Moonbow. The prize jewel of Elun'dae was a sentient mirror named Lunacirith that provided absolute truths to worthy adventurers seeking her wisdom. During The Retreat of 1344 DR, the elven occupants of Elun'dae placed many wards and traps within the ruins before migrating en masse to Evermeet. Since then, it has tempted many adventurers to brave its mystic hallways to uncover its ancient secrets, and to witness the splendor of elven craftsmanship on display paying homage to the moon goddess.
